We're seeking a new hire to lead Crowd DNA in Singapore, growing our business in the South East Asia/APAC region...
This is a exceptional opportunity for an experienced, energised, industry-smart individual who will relish building on our work in Singapore to date – leveraging our great brand, talented team and track record for powerful work to establish Crowd DNA as an exciting offer in the region.
You will get to work with Crowd DNA’s existing top-tier clients and also, of course, build opportunities with new ones. Further, you will assemble a first-class team to deliver culturally charged commercial advantage to these brands in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant market expertise. You’ll have run game-changing insight, trends and brand strategy work across APAC. Also, you’ll have done this for clients in categories of relevance and around business objectives that align with Crowd DNA’s expertise.
An appetite for business building. You’ll need to be entrepreneurially-minded, comfortable with the fast-changing nature of a business in start-up mode (beginning with a local team of two); and equipped with a passion for building relationships, winning high-quality work and the motivation to build a team around you.
On top of the numbers. We’re a nimble business, rather the proverbial oil tanker, but it’s still a must to be confident with setting targets and comfortable working to budgets.
A broad toolkit. You’ll likely be most comfortable with qual techniques. But you will have a solid understanding of various research and strategy techniques, so that you can bring creativity to project design and write winning proposals.
Credibility as a thought leader. You’ll be passionate about sharing cultural perspectives with brands and working with film/creative formats to land insight.
Cross-office collaboration. A proven track record of collaborating with teams in other offices – as is often the case at Crowd DNA – will be advantageous.
