Full service research and strategy agency

about us

Crowd DNA is a full service research and strategy agency based in Shoreditch, London. Formed in 2008, we’ve notched up an impressive track record across sectors such as media, technology, fashion, music, gaming, film, food, drink, FMCGs, travel, automobiles, finance, public sector and charities. Including plenty of award winning projects, no less!

We’ve an in-house team of highly skilled researchers (qualitative and quantitative) and strategists, plus a broader network of creatively minded contributors who allow us to build powerful narratives through which to share our work with clients. Our overseas partners, ranging from specialist freelancers to major agencies, have seen us working across the EU, Asia, Australia and the Americas.

We’re all about bringing much needed new dynamism to our field of work, be that in the methods we use, the high impact content that we like to produce to illustrate our findings or our commitment to providing actionable insights, tangible recommendations and joined up strategy.

We’re a highly enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive bunch, so we’re reluctant to pigeon hole ourselves too much (check out some of our case studies to get an idea of what we do and if we’ll be able to help you). But if there’s one thing that overarches the diverse range of objectives we find ourselves tackling, it is that we understand that these are challenging (but, c'mon, exciting!) times for brands in every sector. The rules are changing, your audience is changing and this has implications on everything from planning and communications to product and positioning.

We are Crowd DNA and our focus is on helping brands to harness innovation and authenticity; to square up to 21st Century challenges; to be relevant, useful, entertaining, part of the conversation.
