We’re looking for an enthusiastic business development consultant to join our commercial team. Reporting in to our head of growth, you will be responsible for generating and sourcing new business opportunities across the Crowd DNA group: London, Amsterdam, New York City, Singapore, Sydney, Stockholm.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and an excellent communicator. These communication skills will help you cultivate strong relationships with clients, as well as key stakeholders within Crowd DNA, while your problem-solving skills will allow for the phrase ‘anything is possible’.

The Details

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Investigating leads and qualifying opportunities; eg from marketing and content campaigns, using different channels and tools

– Working with the head of growth to identify new opportunities – clients, categories and products to focus on

– Building and updating a list of allocated major prospects and the key decision makers within those organisations

– Working with the head of growth to build a strategic sales plan that supports sales activities through the year

– Working collaboratively with other Crowd DNA employees across the organisation to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded

– Demonstrating knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to clients

– In collaboration with the head of growth, providing accurate forecasting while working to apply key learnings to the sales process and future activity, and reporting this back to the senior team at Crowd DNA

– Contributing to content market distribution strategy

– Utilising creative sales approaches to ensure monthly, quarterly, annual targets are reached and exceeded; meeting and exceeding global monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and gross profit goals

Skills & Attributes:

– 1-3 years of sales or business development experience preferred

– Eager to learn, organised and consistent

– Strong verbal and written communication skills ; excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

– Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platform preferred
