Here’s a round up of new roles we’re recruiting for at Crowd DNA - all designed to put us in a good place for ambitious growth plans in 2015, and for a flurry of exciting global projects, in which culture and strategy, better thinking and powerful storytelling, all come together as a well formed one...
BUSINESS & STRATEGY DIRECTOR (LONDON)
A role for someone who wishes to combine their passion for insight, trends and innovation with a business focus. This is a position for someone who displays an enthusiasm for driving Crowd DNA forwards from a commercial perspective, embracing all points from lead generation and pitches, to how we position the agency and what, over time, we want it to become. While this role of course demands someone with a thirst for winning business, it will best suit a person who treats this as a creative process as much as a sales process; and, importantly, someone aligned with the culture of Crowd DNA.
Collaboration is key in this role – both in terms of working alongside other members of the senior team and managing others; as is an enthusiasm for designing brilliant approaches to the insight and innovation challenges that our first rate clients put to us. It’s an exciting role which offers scope to be carved out to your own definition, taking a lead place in planning a dynamic future for this highly regarded agency.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (LONDON)
A senior role at Crowd DNA for someone passionate about managing multi-market projects and teams (yes, you would get hands-on with fieldwork too, at times, but we view that as a secondary part of the spec). First rate qual and trends skills are vital, as is an enthusiasm for presenting work in highly compelling ways and a genuine grasp of youth culture (we see this role as being particularly focused on Gen Y and Z work).
You’re most likely in an RM type role at present and looking for the next challenge. We reckon you love workshop environments and bringing energy to how insights and strategic recommendations are presented to clients. You would operate as one of three ADs reporting in to Crowd DNA’s insight and innovation director.
QUAL SENIOR CONSULTANT/CONSULTANT (LONDON)
A role for someone who’s experienced with qual work at competent SRE through to mid level RM standing; who has a good spectrum of online and offline method experience; but, just as importantly, who’s confident at building strategic recommendations from research and at sharing them with clients in attention grabbing ways; who can take a confident lead on projects – and also work fluidly as part of a team.
Per project, you will report in to one of Crowd DNA’s ADs and, as with all roles here, there’s good scope for career development. We guarantee you exciting and – in the right way! – challenging briefs to tackle; a definite sense that what you’re working on is more than research-by-numbers, all conducted in an empowering, creative, highly collaborative working environment.
QUANT CONSULTANT/EXEC (LONDON)
A role for someone who’s either a focused new starter to quant work, or with some experience under their belt (specifics of the role and the salary offer will vary accordingly), we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about working with data and keen to spot the possibilities for storytelling and bringing a cultural relevance to the work.
You’ll get to work on exciting projects for big global brands, collaborating with others (across quant, qual, trends and innovation), presenting to clients and experimenting with new ideas. There’s good scope for career development as well, in this fast growing business.
INSIGHT & INNOVATION EXECUTIVE (AMSTERDAM)
An entry level role in our Amsterdam office for someone who demonstrates a passion for/willingness to learn about insight and strategy, with a likely focus on desk research, trends work and assisting on business development. Work experience – either paid or interning – within the broader marketing/comms field would be a definite advantage, as would an enthusiasm for brands, media, innovation and how culture impacts on that lot! This is an exciting opportunity for a self starter who’s keen to learn quickly and take ownership of new challenges.
VARIOUS! (SAN FRANCISCO)
Following our successful launch in Amsterdam, we’re now set on opening Crowd DNA in the US, and in San Francisco specifically. We’re keen to start conversations with those who we may be able to work with – by which we mean potential recruits (at all levels of experience/seniority), freelancers, suppliers, partner companies and assorted specialists. Yes, we know, we’re not exactly narrowing things down there, but now’s the time to cast a wide net.
