Antonia heads up the quant and analytics team at Crowd DNA, bringing over a decade of experience from online research agencies. She’s passionate about creating projects that are technically sound and grounded in rigour, but that also bring the best that new technology can offer in areas such as neuroscience and behavioural economics. Despite her hardcore quant credentials, Antonia is a great believer in the ‘right tool for the job’ and was one of the early pioneers in online focus groups and communities. She loves to leverage people understanding to create commercial advantage and, with particular expertise in the new product and service development cycle, has worked in long-term partnerships with household names like Boots, Avis, Estee Lauder, Nespresso and Arla, spotting opportunities and optimising positioning and pricing. Outside of the office, meanwhile, you’ll likely find her flexing her beauty expertise, trying out the latest new product or treatment and enjoying being pampered.
