Barnaby Purvis

Executive (Strategic Insights)

Now busily ensconced on projects covering everything from next gen cars to the future of alcohol, Barnaby became a member of the Crowd DNA team after a seven-month stay in Asia. He has a degree in economics and politics, which has helped him to explore whether human political behaviour is rational (spoiler: it isn’t). His professional highlight thus far is having the BBC publish his trade union analysis work . If you’re ever (un?)lucky enough to seize Barnaby’s headphones, you will probably find him listening to Led Zeppelin. If he isn’t, he will be listening to the 70s Rock Classics playlist on Spotify. With the headphones out, you can find him glued to the TV, screaming about how good/bad he is at FIFA, or channelling his inner 13-year-old by playing CoD. He is also partial to seven-a-side, where he unsuccessfully attempts to defend. But he always tries, and that’s what really counts, right?
