Executive (Quant & Analytics)
Now a much-appreciated member of Crowd DNA’s quant and analytics team, Denis first developed his passion for research while studying for his undergraduate degree in sociology and criminology at the University Of Surrey. While there he worked for the Education Policy Institute on a mental health research project, investigating waiting times for young people within CAMHS. After graduating, he worked for Youngminds’ Amplified mental health project, funded by the NHS, which aimed to improve child and parent participation in services. He was also involved in designing and analysing survey research, facilitating focus groups, and hosting collaborative masterclasses for social leaders across the country. He next moved to IARS, working creatively on the Youth Voice Journal to devise new thematic issues for published research papers. You’ll also find him fueling his love of podcasts, avidly following NBA and NFL, and searching Twitter for everything from well-written articles to the hottest memes.
