Director (Strategic Insights)
Dunstan joined Crowd DNA in London as a director of strategic insight. Whether it’s developing a spirits portfolio strategy, advising on an acquisition, or sitting in a farm in rural India asking about mosquito repellents, he is fascinated by the business implications of cultural exploration. Prior to Crowd DNA, he was at Flamingo for nine years, where he latterly ran the Mumbai office, as well as leading work for global brands from London. He has worked on a very wide range of categories and brands (everything from car tires, to financial services, to luxury spirits), helping businesses to identify and realise growth opportunities via cultural understanding. He has branded an ultra-luxury development in London, invented a mortgage, and pioneered the development of cultural strategy for private equity and M&A. Deeply analogue in both work and personal life, he is busy indoctrinating his children’s musical tastes.
