Inherently nosy, Jemma studied a degree in psychology at the University Of Manchester before starting in consumer research seven and a half years ago. Her insight career began between qual and quant, working for a variety of FMGC, finance, retail and B2B clients, before focusing on her stats geek credentials in brand and comms research. She joined Crowd DNA following a stint in the glamorous world of ad agencies, where she provided data insights to support brand and advertising strategy. When she’s not at work, she’s either eating her way around London’s newest restaurants, drinking in London’s coolest gin joints, or sweating her way through the latest boutique fitness class to make up for the aforementioned over-indulging.
