Lucy specialises in identifying category, cultural and consumer trends. She graduated from Southampton University and took a keen interest in postmodernism and consumer psychology as part of her dissertation. A career in comms planning beckoned, with her joining MediaCom, the largest media agency in the UK. But then, hold up, a love of insight and innovation led Lucy to Crowd DNA, where she shapes strategic recommendations for a variety of clients in the alcohol, FMCG and media categories. Most fun thing at Crowd: she spearheaded a project that used Pinterest to capture the lives and wardrobes of young adults across Europe. Crikey, what colourful visions we saw.
