Consultant (Quant & Analytics)
Lydia graduated from the University Of Kent, where she studied history and philosophy of art, focusing on aesthetics, postmodernism and surrealist thinking. She then began her research journey in qual, where she learned how to sensitively unpick and clarify strategic problems using the power of insightful thinking. Deciding to broaden her knowledge, she made the step into quant, where she built a background in media and mar-comms research, specialising in sponsorship and cross-platform campaigns. Now at Crowd she is part of the quant team; however, she prides herself on thinking qual even when submerged in data. She loves working in London, but is a country girl at heart and ‘does like to live beside the seaside’. At the weekend, you can often find her walking her two fluffy friends (we think she means dogs) along Brighton beach.
