Quinette joined Crowd DNA from Firefish, where she began her career in insights and strategy. During her time there, she developed her passion for brand purpose, working with the likes of Unilever and Tommy Hilfiger to identify and embed this into their iconic brands. She also delved into the world of inclusive design and innovation, working with Tommy Hilfiger and Diageo to understand needs and emerging trends among the community of people with disabilities. Her passion for diversity and inclusion has also seen her working to understand underserved audiences, helping brands like Shea moisture and Walmart meet the needs of their BIPOC audience. Other notable clients include Anheuser-Busch, Canopy Growth Corp, Facebook, Pinterest, Samsung, Snapchat, Mars Inc, Twitter, and HBO. When Quinette isn’t immersed in research, you can find her glued to an episode of reality TV, singing or recording music, or cooking.
