Consultant (Crowd Numbers, London)
Having graduated with a degree in human rights and a dissertation on manipulated historical narratives in Russia, Rita was really interested in international aid and the charity sector in general. The process of figuring out the best possible career paths was merged with working in hospitality for a few months, where Rita mastered her latte art and the knowledge of the finest coffee blends, before landing an internship at Amnesty International. Rita then joined a small research consultancy that specialised in working with non-profit organisations, and where her insight career kicked off. There she worked across a number of different projects, including brand trackers, bespoke and omnibus surveys, focus groups and even IDIs, though her heart always lied with the quant realm. So the Crowd Numbers team seemed like the perfect fit. Outside of work, you can find Rita in the boxing ring, behind the decks, slurping ramen or chilling with her fluffy ginger cat, Leia.
