Online Communities Director
Sabrina heads up the online communities offer at Crowd DNA, ensuring our work in this area is truly commercially enriching for businesses. She first fell in love with communities while at Vision Critical, building and managing the extensive O2 community and witnessing the power the customer voice had across every area of the brand. She used this experience to build up Harris Interactive’s communities proposition, working across diverse industries and with a variety of client objectives. She’s passionate about getting the members and clients as equally engaged in the work, reaching honest and detailed opinions that translate into far-reaching impact. If she’s not working online with communities, you’ll find her working in her local community, collecting and cooking waste food at a FoodCycle Hub or performing with the choir.
