Consultant (Strategic Insights)
Tegan’s interest in all things cultural originated from a childhood spent in the Middle East, an experience that left her with an appreciation for Arabic culture and an inability to cope with UK weather. Having honed her passion for people and culture via a social psychology degree from Cardiff, Tegan’s search for how she could pursue this curiosity saw her spending time in events marketing and HR at an investment bank, through to perfecting her Spanish in northern Spain – eventually finding her way to Crowd DNA. She started with us as a project producer, before switching to our strategic insights team. This means she combines her analytical thinking and knack for people understanding with some extreme organisational abilities. Outside of Crowd, she loves running and anything sporty, popular psychology books and is the queen of snacks – never found without an array of tiny Tupperware at hand.
