Associate Director (Qual, Trends, Innovation)
Tom first developed his passion for culture and research studying for an MA in socio-cultural anthropology at Durham University. Afterwards, he was employed by Razor Research to work across a range of categories for some of the UK’s biggest brands, including The BBC, Sainsbury’s and Unilever. He next moved to The Behavioural Architects, where he applied cutting-edge behavioural science theory to help global brands like Diageo, PepsiCo and Kraft/Mondelez gain a deeper understanding of consumer behaviour and the ways to nudge it. Tom’s an experienced moderator and facilitator who speaks at global conferences including AQR/QRCA and ESOMAR. In his spare time, he can be heard co-hosting an eclectic music show on Wandsworth Radio, brewing beer or studying the ‘art of the Scotch egg’.
