Collaborative Concept Development


Developing new ideas to stay ahead in an extremely competitive telecommunications market

  • We were tasked with testing and refining market-leading concepts in a highly collaborative and agile fashion, informing the development of the brand’s product pipeline and thus supporting launches in the following six to 12 months.

  • We took the EE teams and their customers along a three stage process: concept evaluation online; collaborative work in open innovation workshops to focus on development; then final validation. Working sessions with stakeholders between each stage included prioritisation exercises and discourse based on customer feedback, business objectives, competitor initiatives and market opportunities.

  • We provided clear direction and inspiration for stakeholders to take back to their teams, driving work on the implementation of four final concepts. Alongside this, we compiled detailed information about a further 20 concepts that went through the innovation process, informing future initiatives ranging from product builds to PR ideas.
