River Island/GE Capital briefed us to develop a deeper understanding of what customers do (and don’t) want from a store card; also of the potential benefits of developing a loyalty card scheme.

We looked at all aspects from incentives to APR to the colour/design of the card. We ran focus groups with various segments of the audience. We staged an online survey. And, just as importantly in this case, we turned it all around at a super-speedy pace, enabling the brand to make both tactical and strategic changes exactly when they needed to.
