Bernadette launched herself into work at Crowd DNA with a project that spanned six countries for Converse – which led to a rather unhealthy obsession with the brand, to the point where she’s rarely seen wearing anything else on her feet. She’s since, her flexible approach has seen her coolly transition from depth interviews with the boomer generation to ethno sessions with twenty-somethings down the pub. And now she’s even more coolly transitioned to being our operations director, masterminding all things project production and process-related.
