Eliza first became involved in market research as part of the global client team at HSBC, where she was involved in projects ranging from using insight to build a new global credit card strategy through to facilitating the design of a new app for internationally minded customers. After spending time establishing and building customer intelligence across numerous parts of the bank, she wanted to make the jump over to agency side so that she could be more hands-on with the work. Consequently, she’s now part of the Crowd Numbers team where she will use the analysis and critical thinking skills that she built an initial love for while studying biochemistry at university. Outside of work, Eliza spends time outdoors, playing and coaching sports. Facilitating women to get involved in sport is a passion that she hopes to continue building momentum around.
