Emily started her career in social and political research with Kantar Public (then BMRB) before moving into brand strategy work for major tech and media clients with Sparkler. More recently she has been working client-side in the start-up world and completed an MSc in Digital Marketing. Emily is a lifelong lover of psychology and always has one eye on human patterns, behaviours and trends. She has joined Crowd to dive further into her fascination with what makes people tick, why some follow the herd and others drive and thrive in counterculture. She is also a keen observer of tribalism in politics, music, sport, and how new and emerging tech fuels movements and narratives. Outside of work, you can find her nerding out about electronic music or diving into the latest nonfiction with Rebel Book Club.
