Always on the lookout for ways to subvert accountant stereotypes, Jeremy has spent many scary hours on stage trying to improvise plays or attempting to act his way out of a paper bag. He has also written sketches and plays that have been directed and performed by proper actors and everything. Growing up in the pastoral world of the Forest of Dean, he escaped to the bright lights of Canterbury for his degree before starting his accountancy career in ‘the big smoke’. The road to Crowd DNA was paved with hard work, rather than gold, across several different industries – from facilities management to digital transformation, online payments to marketing comms. Despite living for many years in London, he still has a faint West Country burr that always appears whenever he gets excited or has to say the word ‘tractor’.
