Cultural Strategy Executive (Numbers, APAC)
Undertaking his final year of study in communications, Joseph joins us via our Culture Club internship programme, focusing on our Crowd Numbvers quant specialism and utilising his passion for asking the right questions and making sense of the answers. Having conducted research projects both as part of his studies and in a previous not-for-profit role, Joseph has discovered an alignment between himself and the world of insight and analysis. To him, empathy is the cornerstone of communication, and efforts to connect with different cultures must be preceded by a willingness to put aside what you understand, and open yourself up to what you do not. On the infrequent occasions where he is not deep in thought, Joseph will be writing hip-hop songs, planning his next meal or finding excuses to go outside.
